Your ATETE Cycle Map Ritual

Your ATETE Cycle Map Ritual

Before the day asks anything of you, take a moment to arrive.

Your ATETE cycle map is an invitation to pause, notice, and make space for yourself.

Paired with your morning coffee, it turns a familiar habit into a small, intentional ritual.

There is nothing to perfect here. You do not need to feel a certain way, follow a flawless routine, or make your body fit the map.

Let the days be a gentle guide. Follow your own cycle, at your own pace.

YOUR CYCLE. YOUR COFFEE. YOUR MOMENT.

Getting to Know Your Map

Your map brings together four ritual chapters:

Menstrual — The Rest Blend
Rest • Nourish • Embrace

Follicular — The Rise Blend
Renew • Focus • Create

Ovulatory — The Peak Blend
Connect • Radiate • Express

Luteal — The Calm Blend
Ground • Reflect • Prepare

The small stars around each section give your magnet a place to rest as you move through your ritual.

The map has 35 stars: seven in the menstrual section, seven in the follicular section, five in the ovulatory section, and sixteen in the luteal section.

These are spaces for tracking—not a fixed timetable for your body. You do not need to use every star, and reaching the last star does not mean your phase has ended.

A Little Tip: Make the Stars Your Own

If your cycle follows a fairly regular pattern, you may wish to gently highlight the stars you usually use within each phase, based on your own tracking. Begin with the first star and follow the circle clockwise.

For example, if your period usually lasts five days, highlight the first five menstrual stars. Leave the remaining stars available for mornings when you need a little more time.

Use a removable, surface-safe marker or small removable stickers so you can adjust your highlights as you learn more about your rhythm.

Let these markings be a familiar guide, rather than a fixed schedule. Even a regular cycle can shift—move into the next section when your tracking indicates a change, rather than simply when the highlighted stars end.

Begin Where You Are

Place your map somewhere you will naturally see it each morning: on your fridge, near your coffee corner, or wherever your day gently begins.

If your period has just started, begin at the first menstrual star. The first day of your period is day one of your cycle.

If you are joining partway through your cycle, you do not need to wait for a new beginning. Use your existing tracking to choose the section that best represents where you are. If you do not know, let the map be a reminder to check in while you begin keeping a simple record.

You do not have to guess your phase to enjoy the ritual.

Your Morning Ritual

1. Pause before you move

Before touching the magnet, take one unhurried breath.

Ask yourself:

How do I feel this morning?
What would help me feel supported today?

Your answer might be rest, a nourishing breakfast, a little movement, connection, or simply a quieter start.

There is no right answer. Notice what is there.

2. Place your magnet

On the first day you begin tracking a section, place your magnet on its first star, following the circle clockwise.

Each following morning, move it to the next star within that same section.

When your cycle tracking indicates that you have moved into the next phase, begin at the first star of that section. Leave any unused stars behind.

For example, if you use five menstrual stars before moving to the next ritual chapter, the remaining two do not need to be filled. They are available space—not unfinished work.

If you reach the final star and your phase continues, let the magnet remain there. Keep counting additional days in a notebook or your usual tracking tool until you have reason to move on.

Your body sets the pace. The magnet simply helps you remember to notice.

3. Choose your coffee with intention

Choose the blend associated with the ritual chapter you are following—or the coffee that suits your preferences and caffeine needs that day.

Listen to your own experience.

The blends accompany the ritual; they do not determine your phase or promise a particular mood.

As you welcome a new phase, you can blend the last few beans from your current blend with those of the next.

Let the flavours gently meet, creating a beautiful, natural transition in your cup—a small ritual to welcome the next chapter, without letting any coffee go to waste.

4. Let the preparation become part of the pause

Notice the sound of the beans, the movement of the water, the smell of your coffee.

Grab your favorite mug and enjoy the Aroma of your freshly brewed coffee.

5. Choose one small act of care

As you hold your cup, choose one gentle intention for the day.

Something simple, like:

Today, I will make room for a pause.

Let your first sip mark the beginning.

Four Invitations for Your Cycle

Menstrual — The Rest Blend

Rest • Nourish • Embrace

Let this chapter be an invitation to make room.

You might choose a slower morning, a comforting meal, or fewer expectations. You might feel ready for your usual day—and that belongs here too.

Ask yourself:

What can I soften today?
What would feeling nourished look like for me?

You do not have to earn rest.

Follicular — The Rise Blend

Renew • Focus • Create

Let this chapter invite curiosity.

Perhaps there is an idea you would like to explore, a small beginning you have been considering, or something you want to give your attention to.

Ask yourself:

What am I curious about?
What is one manageable step I could take?

Renewal does not need to be dramatic. Sometimes it is simply looking at something with fresh eyes.

Ovulatory — The Peak Blend

Connect • Radiate • Express

Let this chapter invite expression, in whatever form feels natural.

You might reach out to someone, share an idea, enjoy a conversation, or spend time with yourself without distraction.

Ask yourself:

What would I like to express?
Where would connection feel meaningful today?

You do not need to feel outgoing or energetic to belong in this chapter. Quiet connection counts too.

Luteal — The Calm Blend

Ground • Reflect • Prepare

Let this chapter invite steadiness.

You might simplify a plan, create a little breathing room, prepare something for tomorrow, or notice what you no longer need to carry.

Ask yourself:

What would help me feel grounded?
What can I make easier for myself?

Preparation can be an act of kindness—not a request to do more.

How Do I Know When to Move to the Next Phase?

The map does not identify phase changes on its own. The printed day ranges are approximate references, not instructions to switch on a particular day.

For this four-part ritual, the menstrual chapter covers your bleeding days, and the follicular chapter represents the time afterward leading toward ovulation. Biologically, the follicular phase begins on day one and overlaps with menstruation; the map separates them to offer distinct ritual chapters.

Ovulation is the release of an egg. The map’s ovulatory section represents time around that event—not five continuous days of ovulation. The luteal phase follows ovulation and continues until the next period.

A calendar or app can help you record patterns, but an estimated date is not confirmation of ovulation.

Learning about cervical mucus, basal body temperature, or ovulation testing—with appropriate guidance—can provide additional information. Your mood or energy alone cannot reliably tell you which phase you are in.

If the timing is uncertain, keep recording what you know rather than forcing a transition. You can continue the morning ritual without assigning a definite phase.

If Your Cycle Is Irregular

You are not behind, and your body has not failed the map.

Keep a separate record of your dates and observations. Skip unused stars when a transition is identified, or remain on the last star if you need more time.

If you use hormonal contraception, some methods change or suppress ovulation. The four chapters may therefore work better as reflective themes than as a description of your hormonal cycle.

If your cycle changes significantly, or bleeding or pain concerns you, speak with a healthcare professional.

If You Miss a Morning

Simply return when you can.

If you know how many days have passed, reposition your magnet using your record. If you are unsure, leave it where it is while you check.

There is no need to make up missed rituals. This is a place to return to—not a streak to maintain.

A Gentle Reminder

The cycle map is a wellbeing and reflection companion. It is not a diagnostic tool, a fertility monitor, or a method of contraception. Coffee does not confirm ovulation or regulate your cycle.

The most important part of this ritual is not moving the magnet perfectly.

It is making a little room to notice yourself.

One breath.
One cup.
One moment of care.

The art of perfect timing begins with making time for yourself.
